I’ve recently taken up Yoga, I suck pretty hard at the moment but my Yogi Lynette and trusted Yoga app give me hope I’ll get to my ultimate flexible Zen self ....eventually!

Just like after the gym, I’m ravenous for food but for the most part it takes me forever to rustle up some grub, which is where Smoothies and Puddings come through.

While waiting for lunch, L and I whipped out this Fried Banana& Peanut butter pudding thing, it was an experiment really and it worked! It was so delicious if I do say so myself!

So I decided to do a recipe and share it. I hope this brightens your day like it did mine.
